In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the manufacturing operations team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work with a variety of tools and software, including MES (Manufacturing Execution System), ERP systems, and quality management software. Your daily tasks will include monitoring production lines, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to the manufacturing operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data using MES and ERP systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations engineering or a related role in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with MES and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different sites as required.
