📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver personalized and exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and celebrities, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless and stress-free experiences.
• Arrange and manage private tours, dining reservations, and special events, tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Provide 24/7 assistance, including emergency support and last-minute requests, to maintain client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, including hotels, restaurants, tour operators, and service providers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in luxury hospitality and travel industry.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of service standards and protocols to enhance guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of luxury travel destinations, including Bali, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive in Bali.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to represent the company with poise and professionalism.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
