📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Contribute to the development of customer service best practices and procedures.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, international environment.
