📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain network and IT infrastructure components.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients, resolving issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform troubleshooting as needed.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records of client sites.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of network expansion projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in network and IT infrastructure.
• Train and mentor junior technical staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field support or a similar role in the telecommunications industry.
• Certifications in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, or similar are a plus.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using technical tools and software such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or similar.
• Fluent in English and local languages is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
