📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and cybersecurity systems.
• Implement and manage VMware and Microsoft Azure environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco networking solutions to support our growing digital footprint.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR for data security and privacy.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning to minimize downtime and protect critical data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize IT performance metrics to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Cisco networking.
• Certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) are a plus.
• Proven experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
