📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including stocking and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of food and beverage presentation
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivery
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment
