📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial transactions.
- Support the Finance Manager in financial planning and budgeting activities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
