📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through B2B sales.
- Support the sales team in managing customer relationships and maintaining a CRM database using Salesforce.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the travel and tourism industry.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Support the logistics team in managing travel bookings and itineraries.
- Contribute to the creation of sales reports and presentations.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss business development ideas.
- Assist in the organization of travel events and networking opportunities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven interest and some experience in business development, sales, or travel logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and other CRM software.
- Familiarity with travel industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
