🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, interior design, human resources, or a related discipline.,5+ years of experience in workplace design, employee experience, or a related field.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure their successful completion.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, is a plus.,Experience with workplace technology and digital tools is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making.,Passion for creating spaces that inspire and enable great work.
