As a General Affairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth business operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the management team to support the daily operations of our stores. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that all store operations run efficiently. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate administrative functions including office operations, travel arrangements, and employee benefits.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a retail or administrative environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
