🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
