📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the administration of patient care plans, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with treatments, and providing emotional support.,Perform basic medical tasks such as taking blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and assisting with injections and medications.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as directed by the physician.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Assist in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit, including cleaning, sterilization, and inventory management.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain and improve nursing skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and implementation of patient education programs to promote health and wellness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Completion of a nursing assistant or medical assistant program, or equivalent experience.,Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certification.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Experience in a rehabilitation or medical setting is a plus.
