In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our luxury retail showroom, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the showroom's inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Oversee the showroom's layout and presentation to ensure it aligns with the brand's image and meets customer expectations.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that the showroom is well-stocked and that sales targets are met.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing excellent customer service.,Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, events, and promotions.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or showroom administration role, preferably in the luxury retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with luxury retail trends and best practices.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
