In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our Engineering and Back Office Support teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the Engineering and Back Office Support teams.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide input on hiring strategies.,Partner with internal teams to build and maintain strong employer branding and employee value propositions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools.,Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
