📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and drive operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality in manufacturing processes.,Identify opportunities for digital transformation and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of technology into manufacturing operations.,Develop and implement process improvements, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers and team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in operations excellence and digital transformation.,Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and reliability of materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations excellence, manufacturing, or a related field.,Strong background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.,Proven experience in implementing digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze KPIs.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of ERP systems and other manufacturing software is a plus.
