🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role, with proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in financial management and budgeting, with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as ERP systems, project management software, etc.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
