📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and collection efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues or disputes related to accounts receivable.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of managing accounts receivable processes and improving collection efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
