📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end mining projects, from exploration to production and closure.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.
• Ensure compliance with international mining regulations and standards.
• Implement best practices to minimize environmental impact and enhance operational performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and industry partners.
• Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the development and implementation of sustainable mining practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mining operations and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mining projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using mining software such as Surpac, Vulcan, and MineSight.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and industry standards.
