CV Wibawa Mega is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and success. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home and our office in Jambi.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
