📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in hybrid work environments is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
