📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Oversee employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate training and development programs,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages
