As a trainee, you’ll be trained in all aspects of hotel and restaurant management, from front office operations to culinary arts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of upscale hotels and restaurants, including front desk services, housekeeping, and dining room management.
• Support culinary teams by preparing and serving food, and learning various cooking techniques and menu planning.
• Train and assist in the management of staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training programs.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to manage inventory, track sales, and analyze operational data.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational and service improvement plans.
• Learn and implement best practices in customer service, guest relations, and hospitality.
• Assist in the organization and execution of events and special occasions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field, or have a high school diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of local culture and customs in Bali is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
