In this role, you'll work closely with other departments to ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly, and that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Every day, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, from scheduling truck routes and maintaining vehicle records to ensuring that our drivers are properly trained and certified. You'll also be responsible for monitoring fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with all relevant regulations. With your strong leadership skills and your deep understanding of the logistics industry, you'll play a crucial role in helping Dejavu Express continue to grow and thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the truck fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition and ready for use.
• Schedule and optimize truck routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain and update vehicle records, including maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and mileage.
• Monitor and manage fuel consumption to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of all trucks and ensure that all drivers are properly trained and certified.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of drivers and the integrity of the fleet.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving fleet efficiency and reducing operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the logistics and distribution industry.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Geotab or similar.
• Strong knowledge of road regulations and safety protocols in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with the logistics and distribution industry in Bali is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, as required by the job.
