Agung Zahra Kebab is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle maintenance and repair requests, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.,Train and supervise new drivers to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
