Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.,Managing and leading a team of managers and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.,Representing the company in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and human resources.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
