📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.,Coordinate with event planners and vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.,Maintain a clean and well-organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Greet and assist guests, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events.,Provide excellent customer service and handle any guest inquiries or concerns.,Work closely with the Head Banquet Staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event management industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with banquet equipment and basic kitchen operations is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
