In this role, you’ll handle a variety of tasks, from assisting members with their fitness journeys to upselling premium memberships and services. You’ll use our state-of-the-art CRM system, Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track progress. Our modern gym facilities, equipped with the latest fitness equipment and technology, provide the perfect backdrop for your success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to gym members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist members with fitness goals, offering personalized advice and training programs.
• Upsell and cross-sell premium memberships, personal training sessions, and wellness services.
• Manage member accounts and billing using Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Promote Fitness First’s services and special offers through various channels, including in-person interactions and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement customer engagement strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Certification in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
