📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality materials for construction projects.
• Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budget constraints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address procurement-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of material quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, particularly in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with lean construction principles and practices is a plus.
