📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local business partners.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance team performance.,Manage branch budget and expenses, ensuring financial health and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and basic accounting principles is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
