PT Surya Elang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Kembangan, Jakarta Raya. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail or sales management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on branch performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or sales management.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid SIM and KTP.
