📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing employee documents, maintaining employee files, and assisting with payroll.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation, training, and exit interviews.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and other HR-related documents.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and grievances.,Assist in the planning and coordination of HR events and activities.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
