📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and high-traffic zones.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring timely and accurate service to the dining area.,Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Promote and upsell our menu items and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.,Adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role is a plus but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
