Waagner Biro Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and documentation of steel bridge structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record in similar projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design and analysis of steel bridge structures, ensuring structural integrity and safety.,Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications, including load calculations and member sizing.,Conduct structural analysis using advanced software tools and methodologies.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.,Review and approve construction documents and shop drawings.,Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.,Participate in project reviews and meetings with stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and analysis of steel bridge structures.,Proficiency in using advanced structural analysis and design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.,Strong understanding of Indonesian and international building codes and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with construction practices and materials is a plus.
