📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise assembly engineers and technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality production.,Develop and implement assembly processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address assembly defects and issues.,Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.,Monitor and analyze assembly data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.,Participate in project teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or power solutions industry.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes and equipment.,Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Strong leadership and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards is a plus.
