📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages.,Check guests in and out, and assist with room assignments.,Provide information about the hotel's amenities, facilities, and local attractions.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, and escalate issues as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and filing.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
