📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in data processing.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and standards to maintain consistency and quality.,Monitor and analyze data entry performance to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor team members on data entry best practices and software tools.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure data integrity and accuracy.,Troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues and errors.,Maintain and update data entry software and systems as needed.,Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in data entry software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, or specialized data entry software).,Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
