📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Manage a team of banquet staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during events.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all banquet events and staff performance.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to event management.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is a plus.
