📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for the procurement team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
