📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menu items that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Supervise and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.,Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal kitchen operations.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to control expenses.,Ensure a clean and well-maintained kitchen environment.,Collaborate with management to develop and execute food service strategies.,Train and develop new team members to enhance their culinary skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of success in managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Experience with menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and techniques.
