📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the hotel's daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee the work of front desk staff, housekeeping, and other support staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.,Monitor and control the hotel's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to maintain a safe and secure environment.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the hotel's performance and guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
