Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of staff to achieve branch targets and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.,Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance skills and performance.,Manage branch budget and financial performance to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a financial or retail environment.,Proven track record of managing branch operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is a plus.
